Modena Volley Serves Aces That Impact Communities in Africa

Modena Volley has taken a bold step by joining Let’s Keep The Ball Flying in launching the Ace with Impact campaign, a fresh initiative that connects performance on court with real change in communities that need support the most.
The idea is simple but powerful. Every ace scored in an official match unlocks a donation from a club’s chosen local sponsor. These funds are then used to adopt and empower grassroots volleyball teams in Africa.
The partnership between Modena Volley and Modena Nastri marks the very first activation of this global campaign. In their latest match, Modena scored eight aces, which translated directly into an eight hundred euro donation to support teams in Africa.
Each ace was highlighted on the stadium led boards, giving Modena Nastri live visibility at the exact moment of impact. After the match, the social content tied to the campaign reached more than one hundred fifty thousand people, giving both club and sponsor a meaningful story to share.
How the Ace with Impact Model Works
The concept was designed to make it easy for any club in the world to join.
Clubs select a local sponsor who donates a set amount per ace.
Each ace triggers a donation and real time visibility for the sponsor.
All funds raised go toward adopting grassroots volleyball teams across Africa.
Clubs, athletes, and partners follow the impact throughout the season.
At season’s end, LKTBF organises an outreach tour where clubs, athletes, and sponsors can visit the teams they helped empower.
This approach unites performance, storytelling, and community building in a way that resonates with clubs, fans, and partners. It lifts the energy inside the stadium and creates pride far beyond it.
A Growing Global Movement
Modena is only the beginning. Clubs across Italy, Turkey, Poland, and the United States have already shown interest in bringing Ace with Impact into their own competitions. The vision is to build a worldwide network of clubs that turn ace celebrations into moments of global connection.
