FINGERPRINTS
At Let's Keep The Ball Flying, our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation. We call them fingerprints because just as every person has a unique set of fingerprints, every volunteer brings their own unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives to our mission.
Our organisation's structure and job positions draw inspiration from the world of volleyball, reflecting the teamwork and leadership that makes the sport so special.
Our structure revolves around four pillars, each of which is led by a dedicated Captain. Within each pillar, we have Head Coaches (HC) and Most Valuable Players (MVP), who work together as a cohesive team to drive our mission forward.

Lesley de Jonge
Player, Coach, and Volleyball Fan. Volleyball is his lifelong passion and after his position as the National Team Coach of Team Nepal, he decided to start building Let's Keep The Ball Flying.
